Argentine people want to see Messi as president

After Argentina won the World Cup, the people of the country are suffering from Messi-fever. The fever is so intense that a large part of Argentines are willing to vote to see Lionel Messi as president! In a recent survey, Argentina's information-analysis and public opinion survey company 'Jacobbe & Associados' reported this information. According to the Spanish media "Marca", the organization conducted this survey after Argentina won the World Cup on December 18. The survey revealed that a large part of the country's population is willing to vote for Argentina captain Messi for the presidency. After a long drought of 36 years, Argentina won the third World Cup. The role of Messi, winner of the best player award, is more in it. He scored 7 goals himself, scored 3 more goals with his teammates. Marca reported the survey data published by the company's spokesperson, Jorge Jacob. 43.7 percent of Argentine citizens who participated in the survey want to vote for Messi to see him as the president of the country. 37.8 percent citizens, however, are against this opinion. They do not want to see Messi as the president of Argentina. So don't even vote for Messi if he runs for president. 17.5 percent of Argentines would consider voting for Messi. And 0.9 percent of Argentines were undecided or did not answer.
From the data of "Jacobbe and Associados", Marca reported that Messi received more votes than Argentine politicians in the survey. The PSG star alone received 36.7 percent of the vote. Javier Mille, a politician serving as federal deputy in the capital Buenos Aires, received 12 percent of the vote. Former President Cristina Fernandez Kirchner received 11.3 percent of the vote. The head of the political party Republican Proposal and Mauricio Macri gave 8.8 percent of the vote to Patricia Bulrich, who served as security minister to remain president. Former President Mauricio Macri got 6.9 percent of the vote. Incumbent Alberto Fernandez received 1.3 percent of the vote. Apart from this, Argentines also voted for three or four other politicians. But no one got even 3 percent votes. After winning the World Cup, Messi did not go to Argentina's presidential palace, Casa Rosada, to celebrate. Argentinians also gave their opinion in the survey. 82.9 percent of Argentines are in favor of this decision. 15.8 percent citizens think it was a wrong decision. The remaining 1.4 percent of Argentines had no opinion.
